I'm Rocky Swearingen, a lifelong resident of Lawrence, Kansas.  Growing up and currently living on the family farm northeast of Lawrence in Southwest Leavenworth county.  I graduated form Lawrence High School in 1986, and am a proud alumni of the Douglas county 4-H program.   I attended the University of Kansas and majored in Business.  I started working for my Uncles construction company after high school and bought in as a full partner shortly after college.

For 33 years I was an owner and operator of Wempe Brothers Construction.  A company well known for its quality craftsmanship and wide scope of work.  Giving me a lifetime of real world knowledge of every aspect of residential construction.  I was certified as Certainteed "Master Contractor".  The company was sold in 2020 when my Uncle/ partner retired.  I then started a training program in Kansas City at The Professional Inspection Training Institute, certifying in the "Master Inspector" program.  I received 150 hours of "1-on-1" training, followed by on the job training with a firm in Kansas City.  Certifying with the Internachi Association I have logged another 70+ hours of CEU training.  I truly bring a lifetime of real world knowledge and classroom training to my clients, for any home, any size, any shape.
